NLC Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice, you will not be charged.

We appreciate that sometimes emergencies happen. First-time no-shows and late cancellations will not be charged a fee. After that, you will be charged a 100% fee for appointments missed or cancelled without a 24-hour warning.
